The RSVP deadline is April 1, 2021.

Please contact our travel coordinator, Arleta Cosby, before February 15, 2021 to secure a reserved room with exclusive guest pricing.

We strongly advise you to book accommodations ASAP. Rooms and exclusive guest pricing will not be guaranteed after February 15, 2021 due to availability. Payment plan and upgraded travel insurance options are available. Contact Cosby Travel Consultants to inquire.

Booking Room & Travel

Please book your accommodations and travel directly through Cosby Travel Consultants.

Final payments are due April 1, 2021.

If you elect to book your own flight, you must provide your flight itinerary to Cosby Travel Consultants on or by June 4, 2021 to receive shared transfers included in your package.

Passports are required for travel to Mexico.

The current passport processing time is 10-12 weeks. Expedited services (4-6 weeks) available for an additional fee. Please apply early in order to receive your passport with enough time in advance. All passport information can be found through the link below.

Cancún Internation Airport is located in Cancún, Quintana Roo on the Caribbean coast of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Hotel Xcaret is 45 miles – 1 hour south of Cancun International Airport towards Tulum.
